SCOUT.COM RATES WVU 57TH!

Scout.com released it's recruiting ratings today and ranked WVU 57th in the nation. Marshall was not far behind? I spoke the other day about not recruiting in state but looks like not very good out of state either.

Of course, my Buckeyes were ranked 13th. More on these rankings to come. Keep checking back for individual reports.

WVU Again on Top

The Mountianeers escaped Madison Square Garden with a victory Sunday against St. Johns. WVU improved to 15-4, 6-0 in the Big East. They are off to an incredible start under Coach Beilein. One that I haven't seen for quite some time.

Kevin Pittsnogle had 19 points and 8 rebounds, Mike Gansey 15 and Frank Young 11 points for WVU. J.D. Collins, pictured here contributed 6 assists.
What is up with recruiting?

Tell me what in the world is going on with WVU football recruiting? The states top players not even offered. Nitro High's dynamic duo, Josh Culbertson and Chris Fulmer were not even offered scholarships from WVU. Fulmer plans to attend Eastern Kentucky and it looks like Culbertson in planning on attending the University of Charleston. I diid see where Coach Rod did come down to try to talk Josh into walking on at WVU.

Walking on, what a joke! The state record holder for running backs and the EER'S head coach trying to talk him into walking on. Man I thought Nehlen was gone. I guess some traditions are hard to break, not recruiting instate.
